While showcasing the community's talent, our mission at the Triangle Dance Festival for AIDS is to raise awareness and funds for HIV/AIDS research and support, both locally and internationally. In 2008, all proceeds from the Dance Festival will directly benefit Agradu, ALFA, and Kimara.

Agradu
Advocates for Grassroots Development in Uganda (AGRADU) is a UNC student initiative serving to support indigenous grassroots efforts at economic development and community building in Uganda.

ALFA
The AIDS Leadership Foothills-area Alliance, Inc. (ALFA) is an established grassroots effort to provide support services to people infected by HIAIDS in the Burke County area. 

Kimara
Kimara Peer Educators and Health Promoters Trust Fund (Kimara Peers) strives to reduce incidences of HIV/STIs transmission and alleviate the impact of the epidemic.
