I would love a ride up north for winter break. I am a junior and I live in northern new jersey, and would be more than happy to split gas. If you're driving up for thanksgiving too I would definitely be interested.

I'm looking for a ride up North for Thanksgiving Break. I live in New Jersey a little ways North of New York City, but it's perfectly OK if you can drop me off in the city, and I can hitch a bus back home. I'll happily split costs for gas and toll.

change of plans, my sister is having a party in DC so I am going to stop there over night on my way to NY. So if anyone needs a ride to the DC area on Friday Dec. 11 around 3 let me know (if you have somewhere to go in DC and want to continue the journey to NY on sat that works too)

Need Some Help!
2 days ago I received a phone call from 9722840600 - 972-284-0600 and was pretty sure the the person calling was a scam.
So I decided to complain and dialed the company (Gulf Coast Western) and screamed at the top of my lungs.
You will never believe this... Gulf Coast Western -an Oil drilling corporation- was calling was returning a call from last months interview - telling me I got the job
Any advice how to get unfired!!!

Yesterday I received a answering message from 9722840600 Or 972-284-0600 and for some reason thought the caller was a scam.
So without thinking, I went nuts - and called the government and screamed at the top of my lungs.

Wow - I Screwed Up!

Hey fellas.
I have been stuck at a airport in Oslo for 2 days with out being able to locate a flight ticket back home. This is actually getting depressing, I'm not even getting almost any compensation from the particular airline. Anyone else in the very same scenario or even have got a colleague with the exact same complications?
I'm sorry for this complain post however I felt that I had to voice my disappointment.

You actually may have read the designers of Southpark are being threatened to their life by Islamic extremists for airing a episode displaying Muhammed.
If you've viewed the episode you will be aware that they did not even illustrate him. Anyone else think this went inbelievably too far?

Google fairly recently launched their completely new service Google Television, it seems very useful to myself. Apple Television is definitely way to expensive for its capability and htpcs are never going to go mainstream in my own opinion.
Just what do you think? Is it a hit or perhaps a miss?

Мост через Волгу в Волгограде, закрытый 20 мая из-за сильных колебаний, будет вновь открыт во вторник, 25 мая. Об этом сообщает "Интерфакс" со ссылкой на заявление губернатора Волгоградской области Анатолия Бровко.
Со вторника мост станет доступным для движения легкового транспорта. Водителям грузовых автомобилей придется подождать еще некоторое время, пока безопасность движения не будет окончательно подтверждена.
Губернатор рассказал, что для проверки конструкции на прочность сварочные швы моста были обследованы ультразвуком, а затем по нему прогнали колонну грузовиков "КамАЗ", нагруженных щебнем.
Городские власти планируют в ближайшее время установить на мосту отсекатели ветра, чтобы улучшить аэродинамику сооружения. С момента открытия моста будет вестись круглосуточный мониторинг его конструкций. В случае повторного возникновения колебаний, движение по мосту будет перекрываться.
"Танцующий" мост в Волгограде был сдан в эксплуатацию около полугода назад. Он был закрыт для движения 20 мая 2010 года из-за сильных колебаний конструкции. По основной версии, аномалия была связана с сильным ветром, порывы которого попали в резонанс с внутренними колебаниями моста.
Специальное поручение выяснить причины колебаний "танцующего" моста дал президент России Дмитрий Медведев. Ответственными за это назначены сотрудники контрольного управления при президенте РФ и Генпрокуратуры.

В Липецкой области упал самолет ВВС России Як-130, сообщает РИА Новости со ссылкой на официального представителя Минобороны подполковника Владимира Дрика.
"Катастрофа самолета ЯК-130 произошла в субботу в 16.58 по московскому времени в Липецком центре боевой подготовки и переучивания личного состава. Самолет потерпел катастрофу во время выполнения планового задания при взлете", - заявил подпоковник.
Он добавил, что членам экипажа удалось катапультироваться и вв настоящее время их состояние расценивается как удовлетворительное. Сам падающий самолет никаких жертв и разрушений на земле не вызвал.
В настоящее время создана специальная комиссия во главе с начальником Главного штаба ВВС России, которая займется расследованием произошедшего. По предварительной версии, причиной крушения самолета могла стать техническая неисправность.
